Methods
|
1. Regular inspection, 1st re-inspection: Residents wanting an inspection should open windows and room doors → the Residential Assistant will visit rooms with open doors to conduct the inspection.
2. 2nd~3rd re-inspections: Apply for the inspection before the re-inspection time (18:00 to 21:00) through the contact number of the Residential Assistant assigned to each room or via the KakaoTalk channel → the Residential Assistant will visit the rooms that applied for an re-inspection to conduct it.

|
1. Change of the regular inspection date from September to October: The regular inspection dates for September and October are currently set for September 4 (Wednesday) and October 2 (Wednesday), according to the residential hall resident regulations. However, considering the move-in date for the second semester of 2024 and the university festival period, the inspections for September and October will be combined and conducted on September 25(Wed.). Additionally, taking into account the midterm exam period for the second semester of 2024, the re-inspections will be limited to a maximum of three rounds.
2. All residents are subject to inspection, not only one person in the room. If you are not inspected until the 1st re-inspection, 3 penalty points will be imposed for non-inspection of regular inspection. Also, one penalty point will be imposed every week until you get it checked. (ex. Penalty points for not checking until the 2nd re-inspection: 3points(1st)+1point(2nd) = 4points
3. Please ensure to check both the Basic communication and Imformation.
