How to Apply

• Check the Notice of Application : Please read the notice of application carefully before applying to the Residence Halls
• Apply:
  ① Login to the website using your CNU Portal ID and Click the category "Applications→ Application"

  
  

  ② Confirm the student Division of application and Click the “Details/Apply” button of application that correspons to your student division.

  
  

  ③ Check the notice and click the green button

  
  

  ④ Agree to the "Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement"→ Click the “Confirmation (Application for Move-in) button

  
  

  ⑤ Fill out the personal inforamtion and submit the online application form

  ※ Note

  • International students should choose one of these first choice lists - International Students(Support from HQ), International Students(Self-pay), GKS Students or LEC(Language Education Center) Students
  • Choose the “International Students” in living division. Even though you are currently in Gwangju, select the “International Students”

  
• Check and Modify Application : Check your application status in "My page→ Application Status" category. If you change the building type you selected, click the “Modify” button.
• Check Acceptance Status : Confirm your acceptance status in the "My Page→ Application" category

  ※ Division of Acceptance

  • Selected : You get the right to choose a room.
  • On the waiting list : You are on a waiting list, and you will be accepted according to waiting number when we have rooms left
  • Failed : You have been eliminated and cannot reside in the Residence Halls this semester.
