2023년  3월 정기점검 취소에 따른 주요 전달사항

- 재점검 대상자는 각 호실 담당 동장 연락처로 연락하여 점검시간에 재점검 실시

- 부득이한 상황이 있는 경우 반드시 점검일 이전에 해당 조교에게 연락

 

3. ‘23. 1학기 벌점 산정 기간: ‘23. 2. 26. ~ ’23. 8. 26. (1학기 + 하계 합산)

 

생활관 홈페이지-MyPage에서 본인 상벌점을 수시로 확인 및 관리 필요 *벌점 7점 이상: 다음 학기 입주 불가 *벌점 10점 이상: 퇴관 조치 및 추후 1년 입주 불가 *벌점 누적으로 인한 퇴관은 정기개관 퇴관일을 보장. 다만 해당 사항은 입주생의 주거 불편을 최소화하기 위한 조치이며, 즉시 퇴관되지 않는 점을 이용해 지속적으로 벌점을 누적하는 경우 입주자 수칙에 따라 강제퇴관 조치할 수 있음

 

4. 지연귀가 벌점 면제 신청

- 승인 시 신청기간 지연귀가 벌점(1점) 면제

- 신청방법: 생활관 홈페이지→MyPage→지연귀가신청→신청정보 입력 및 지연귀가 신청서(커뮤니티→서식자료실) 파일첨부

- 신청 후 해당 동 조교에게 문자메시지 전송→신청상태 ‘동조교승인’ 변경 확인

- 적용일: 신청일로부터 최소 3일 이후

- 지연귀가 벌점 면제는 반드시 입주 학기마다 새로 신청해야 함(학기 구분 : 1학기, 하계, 2학기, 동계)

 

5. 외박신청

- 1주일 이상 외박할 경우 신청 필수

- 신청방법: 생활관 홈페이지→MyPage→외박신청

- 신청일: 외박시작일로부터 최소 1일 전

 

6. 반입금지 물품

- http://c11.kr/ms18 공지된 반입 가능 품목 외 모든 전자제품, 주류, 전열기구 및 (향)초, 전동킥보드는 반입 불가 품목

※ 전열기구 및 인화성 물질을 생활관내로 반입하거나 사용한 경우 : 벌점 10점

※ 전열기구 및 인화성 물질 이외 반입금지물품을 반입한 경우 : 벌점 4점

 

7. 복도 개인 물건 적치 금지(빨래, 우산 등)

 

8. 출입문 강제 개방 금지 (적발 시 강제퇴관)

 

9. 개인 우편물(일반우편물, 등기, 준등기) 수령 안내

- 3~8동- 해당 동 우편함

- 9동- 9동 행정실 우편함

2. Notice for regular room inspection of April 2023 (tentative)

- Date and penalty points information

1st re-inspection	Those who fail to comply with regular inspection on Thursday	4. 9.(Sun.) 8 - 10 PM
2nd~4th re-inspection	Those who fail to comply with the 1st re-inspection	Every Sunday 9 - 10 PM	incur 1 extra penalty point per week (e.g. Penalty points for not checking until the 4th re-inspection: 3points(1st)+1point(2nd)+ 1point (3rd)+1point(4th) = 6points

- Major Checklist: prohibited items and room condition, including the evidence of smoking, cleaning status, provided equipment as well as identification of residents

- Residents who attend an appointment for the re-inspection are responsible for contacting each building staff on the re-inspection date.

- If residents cannot attend the appointment time offered, they must contact the building manager in advance.

 

3. Accumulative period of penalty point: 2023. 2. 26 to 2023. 8. 26 (spring semester + summer session)

 

You can check your reward/penalty points at the website→ My Page→ Reward/penalty points category * above 7: Student will be prohibited from living at Residence Halls for one semester * above 10: Student will be subject to terminate the residency, also prohibition for two-semester; one year * Move-out due to accumulated penalty points will be ensured regular move-out dates. However, if penalty points are continuously accumulated by taking advantage of the fact that they are not immediately discharged, you may be forced to leave in accordance with the residents' rules.

 

4. Curfew Pass

- If you need to enter the residence hall during curfew due to part time job, studying, etc., you can apply the curfew pass

- Check the website(https://dormitory.jnu.ac.kr/Eng/LivingGuide/Delay) for the more details.

 

5. Sleeping Out

- You must apply “Sleeping Out” if you stay out for more than a week.

- How to apply: Go to Residence Hall Homepage → MyPage → Apply for Sleeping Out

- Application date: at least one day prior to the start of the night out

 

6. Prohibited Items

- All electronics, alcohol, heating appliances, (scented) candles, and electric kickboards are not allowed except for the items announced on http://c11.kr/ms18.

※ Where heating appliances and flammable substances are brought into or used in the residence hall: 10 penalty points

※ Where prohibited items other than heating appliances and flammable substances are brought in: 4 penalty points

 

7. Do NOT leave your belongings in the hallway

 

8. Those who arbitrarily manipulate the automatic access control of a residence hall door or fix the door will be forced to move-out.

 

9. Information on receiving personal mail (general mail, registration, semi-registration)

- 3-8 residence hall- each residence hall mailbox

- 9 residence hall- administrative office mailbox (registration and semi-registration: present identification and receive it)
