Methods

1. Regular inspection, 1st re-inspection: Residents wanting an inspection should open windows and room doors → the Residential Assistant will visit rooms with open doors to conduct the inspection.

2. 2nd re-inspection: Apply for the inspection before the re-inspection time (18:00 to 21:00) through the contact number of the Residential Assistant assigned to each room or via the KakaoTalk channel → the Residential Assistant will visit the rooms that applied for an re-inspection to conduct it.

Information

1. All residents are subject to inspection, not only one person in the room. If you are not inspected until the 1st re-inspection, 3 penalty points will be imposed for non-inspection of regular inspection. Also, one penalty point will be imposed every week until you get it checked.

2. Regular inspections conducted during vacation can be postponed if you apply for a sleeping out, including both the regular inspection date and the re-inspection date, from 12/25(Wed.)* until 1/7(Tue.) before the regular inspection date. Inspections cannot be postponed if you apply for a sleeping out after 1/8(Wed.)

*If you applied for a sleeping-out before the regular check-out date of the fall semester (12/25), you must apply again for a sleeping-out during the winter session

(Ex.1) Application date: 12/26, period: 1/7~1/12 - inspection postponement is possible (subject to re-inspection on 1/19)

(Ex.2) Application date: 12/26, period: 1/10~1/12, missed inspection on 1/8 - 3penalty points

(Ex.3) Application date: 1/8, period: 1/8~1/12 - inspection postponement is not possible

(Ex.4) Application date: 12/24, period: 1/7~1/12 - inspection postponement is not possible

(reapplication for sleeping out is required)

If the inspection postponement enters the dormitory during the sleeping out period or does not undergo an re-inspection after the sleeping out period, 3 penalty points will be imposed. If you cannot receive the inspection on the re-inspection day (Sun.) due to returning from sleep out and then sleeping out again, you must coordinate the inspection schedule in advance.

(Ex.1) Initial application period: 1/7~1/12, additional application period: 1/17~1/19 - Subject to re-inspection from 1/13 to 1/16

(Ex.2) Initial application period: 1/7~1/12, additional application period: 1/12~1/19 - Inspection postponement is possible (However, additional applications must be made before the end of the initial application period)

3. Contact method for each building's Residential Assistant: Check the bulletin board or the DID next to the elevator on the first floor of each building.

4. Please ensure to check both the Basic communication and Imformation.
