생활관 세탁기 사용요금 인상 안내
생활관 결제방식 변경 및 세탁기 사용 요금이 아래와 같이 인상될 예정입니다.
세탁기 사용 요금 인상은 세탁기 유지보수 비용 및 관리 비용 증가에 따른 조치임을 양해해 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 결제기기 변경 작업 안내: 2025년 2월 24일~2월 27일까지(변경작업 중에도 세탁기 사용가능)
3. 세탁실 가격 인상: 3월 4일부터 변경
4. 기존 세탁카드 잔액 환불: 기존 카드 충전기 카드반납구를 통해 환불 가능(3개월 비치 예정)

Notice of Laundry Machine Usage Fee Increase
We would like to inform you about changes to the payment method and an increase in the laundry machine usage fees. The increase in fees is due to rising maintenance and management costs, and we appreciate your understanding.

2. Payment Device Change Schedule:
The payment device change will occur from February 24, 2025, to February 27, 2025. Laundry machines will remain available during this period.
3. Price Increase in Laundry Room:
The new pricing will take effect on March 4, 2025.
4. Refund for Existing Laundry Cards:
Refunds for the remaining balance on old laundry cards will be available through the laundry card return box (refunds will be available for 3 months).
